  • Personality: Pensive, anxious. Prone to lashing out. Appreciates tranquility.

Birth was born as a human. Due to their channelling potential, were recruited into the Peyron as a teenager. Following their training, they started having visions of ancient vayash history. Eventually, they met Weaver, and together the two travelled to Janydua O5, an uninhabited ice world in the Honten system, where Birth merged with the lost remains of an ancient vayash and became a vayash herself. She now travels the galaxy seeking allies.

Kharus was reshaped to be Lahuke's personal guardian, but its colony collapsed following the Paptosvirus outbreak. Infection caused Kharus to lose parts of its previous body. Despite this, it continues to look after and protect Lahuke as they travel together.

Kharus was going to be reshaped to become a prince of her colony, but the colony collapsed following the Paptosvirus outbreak. She wants to leave Ikshukhe and travel the galaxy.

Pillar of the End

  • Personality: Enigmatic. Patient, yet intolerant.

Pillar of the End is an ancient and extremely powerful vayash and the leader of the Seven Spears. They have a great many channelling abilities that they have taken from others. They stay inactive for eons at a time, aiming to "play the long game", only occasionally briefly reaching out to make key moves.

Weaver

  • Species: Vayash
  • Homeworld: A location in the Union Alpha region
  • Residence: Sirake, planet in the Karangih system
  • Appearance:
    • Human form: Compact. Beige skin, shoulder-length dark curly hair, green eyes.
    • Vayash form: Dark green, black and silver wyvern with large antennae, a mane of dark intersecting rings, broad triangular wings, and a long thin tail.
  • Abilities: Creation of semi-autonomous drones; paralytic bolt attack ("stun beam"); technology manipulation
  • Personality: Kind and thoughtful. Holds others accountable. Always ready to step in to help.

Weaver was raised as a human, unaware of her vayash nature, and was trained to be a Peyron like her father. As a young adult, she made contact with her absent mother, who turned out to actually be High Trinity, formerly of the Seven Spears, and who taught her how to change forms. She was judged by the Peyron masters for making contact with the Seven Spears and was briefly imprisoned, but she escaped with Birth. She still seeks to reunite her separated family.
